This home made me feel warm and cozy. We have shot in a lot of great spaces, with a lot of great designers, but my favorite thing about this home was the character. Artist Stephanie Mobbs Deady and her husband put their heart and soul into making this place their home, and it shows in every room with their handmade touches all over the place.
This shoot for Merrimack Valley Magazine was such a fun one because we got to play and bring in lots of things to compliment the space. Stylist Lysa Pelletier always brings such a creative vision and we had so much to choose from with flowers, artwork and rugs from Helen Thomas and Company C. It was a true Merrimack Valley collaboration and we had a lot of creative freedom to run with on this one. Luckily Stephanie’s artwork already fit perfectly in the space, so it was easy to let its charm shine. We were also loving the end tables by Brassy Knobs and they fit so perfectly with our first shot

Also, little bonus surprise for you. Stephanie’s home is for sale! If I hadn’t just renovated our condo in Boston, and had a little extra cash lying around, I would totally scoop it up immediately. Someone please let me live vicariously through them in this gorgeous house. (And this doesn’t even show the best parts). Fingers crossed we get to go back and shoot the pool, cabana, and crazy hip art studio above the garage (snapshot I took on my iphone below)
